Google drive is Google's cloud storage service to replace Google docs. It provides free memory usage of about 5 GB. Google docs are built into Goolge drive, which enables the user to access and edit the files that were used in Google docs. Sharing of PDFs, videos, images and so on can be done easily and instantly using Google drive.Google drive can be stored and accessed anywhere by any one. It is available for
PC and MAC, chrome OS, iPad, iPhone and android. This helps in making employees more productive since they can work from anywhere by using their laptop or mobile.
Multiple user accessibility enables the user to create, edit or delete and make changes to the file online even while others are using the same file thus making the work easier and more flexible. The files or documents which are edited and saved are stored in cloud with Google apps. These flexibility and compatibility features are available since the data of Google apps are directly stored into the cloud.

Since everything functions as real time in Google drive, if any data center is unavailable due to some reason, the system is designed to instantly fall back to the secondary data center thus providing uninterrupted services.
